GeoQuest Games is a free geography guessing game designed to make testing your knowledge of the world simple and fun. Whether you know every flag instantly or are still learning where cities around the world are located, GeoQuest offers several ways to put your geography skills to the test.
GeoQuest currently features Country, City, and Flag game modes. Each round gives you three attempts to find the correct answer, with additional hints revealed after incorrect guesses. Build your streak by answering correctly, challenge your high score, or use the Skip button when you're completely stumped.
City Mode also lets you choose which country's cities you want to play with, making it possible to focus on a particular part of the world or play with cities from everywhere.
Daily GeoQuest is a new challenge each day consisting of three stages: a country flag, a city, and a landmark. Complete all three while making as few incorrect guesses as possible to earn the lowest GeoScore you can.
Unlike the standard game modes, Daily GeoQuest gives you unlimited attempts. You can also give up on a stage if you're stuck, although doing so results in a DNF for that day's challenge. This gamemode is designed to be much more difficult, and is intended to help people learn new landmarks. Even as the creator, I do not get most landmarks correct immediately.
GeoQuest was created for people who enjoy geography, trivia, flags, cities, landmarks, and learning more about the world. The goal is to provide a straightforward geography website that is easy to start playing with, while also offering a very challening daily quest to focus on learning new landmarks around the world.
